Processing & Delivery Timelines
- All orders are processed only after payment is received, not when the order is placed.
- Standard processing time: 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Domestic (USA) deliveries typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International deliveries usually take 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates can be checked at USPS.com.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to appear.
Shipping Policies
- We do not ship on weekends or USPS holidays.
- Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, courier issues, or seasonal volume.
- For orders valued at $150 or more, a signature is required upon delivery (domestic shipments only).
If you wish to waive this requirement, please contact us immediately via email or chat. - Peptide Bioclinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by USPS or any courier service.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard delivery: 1–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws and restrictions before placing an order.
- Peptide Bioclinic is not liable for customs seizures, import delays, or legal issues arising from the importation of our products.
- No refunds or reshipments will be issued for packages seized or rejected by customs.
- Certain destinations or products may have specific shipping restrictions, which will be noted on individual product pages.
Reshipment Policy
If a domestic package is returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverable status, customers may request one of the following:
- Reshipment (with payment of new shipping costs), or
- Store credit (minus shipping and handling fees).
For international shipments, no reshipments or refunds are available once the package has been handed to the courier.
If a package is marked as Delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management.
- Couriers often log GPS coordinates for delivery verification.
